    @MrDelaespriella
    Ampollas is blisters in english.

  6. Information4us Says:

@kaozbender Looks like they compared the difference between heel strike and mid

  7. MrDelaespriella Says:

I have been running with them, …. just great, all forefoot pain dissapeared and even “ampollas” (in spanish) they are not anymore in my feet. I used to run with asics which is a good running shoe but newton is just the best, i´m running about 50kms a week and it made the difference between pain and enjoy, for sure i´ll get my second pair for racing. Congratulations to the owners of this brand.

lol fail 3:21 = heel strike

  9. BigBlauser13 Says:

I think they have a few good tips, but my asics are working fine for me.

  10. sellweed Says:

@jatoxa The kinsei 3 has way more comfort. The heel is desined to keep you your feet nice and balance and help you not heel strike. These Newtons are so dam stupid

  11. jatoxa Says:

@sellweed Better running performance and better comfort.

  12. sellweed Says:

@jatoxa So what do they offer

  13. jatoxa Says:

@sellweed You should listen to your feet, they’ll tell you which ones are better for you. But Newton shoes doesn’t have these ‘cool’ features, they just leave your feet alone.

  14. sellweed Says:

@jatoxa Are you sure this shoe is better than the kinsei 3. Because the Kinsei 3 has igs that is impact guidenss system, Asymmetrical lacing following the natural asymmetric top of you foot creating a better fit, Guidance line helps you guide you foot to do proper strikes always, Cuprothermo Mesh thats a nanotechnolgy that lets your foot regulate the temperture so when it colds outside it keeps your foot warm and when it is hot it keeps your foot cool. And there is much more stuff.

  15. jatoxa Says:

@sellweed What do you base this on? I’ve been using asics kinsei for many years, but then I tried the newton distance racer and I will never switch back now. You have to think about the form a lot in the beginning, but the shoe itself is extremely comfortable compared to any other shoe I’ve tried. You WILL run faster and it WILL feel more comfortable.
I just wanted to try the shoe, so I purchased a pair, and the second run I did in it, was a marathon.
btw I dont get paid to write this stuff:)

  16. iamjackscolin Says:

I’m sure these shoes feel great, they’re technological “miracle shoes” but you’re not going to get the feel of barefoot with a sole that thick. Say “it’s a Midfoot shoe”, but not a barefoot or natural shoe.

  17. BatchFileHelper Says:

uhhh, cant u do this with reg. shoes? its a shoe. doesnt look like u need a specific shoe in order to RUN

  18. sellweed Says:

Hmm seems like the asics kinsei 3 is much better than this

  19. slapoutz Says:

id rather run barefoot or five fingers, then you cant do a heel strike

  20. jumpmaestro Says:

@harrystone632 running is great for butning calories and strengthening the core to a lesser degree – but a 6pack will only come with a healthy diet and lots of exercise

  21. artb76 Says:

@Lynxwound Yes it does depend on your metabolism and, genetics as well. I have done a lot of running in my life but, never was I able to achieve a six pack.

  22. artb76 Says:

This video helped me out a lot! Thank you very much. I used to always try the running “Heel to Toe” method and, all it seem like I was able to accomplish was shin splints with legs that would get so tired out I could barely run anymore even before I would get my heart rate up enough to burn significant amount of calories.

  23. WamfasYT Says:

I bought a pair of Newton’s and they ruined my feet. I used them a few times and after that I couldn’t run for a long time. Had to see a podotherapist, went through the whole circus, but all to no avail.
Finally I tried running barefoot and that, to me at least, was the solution to my foot(wear)problems. No, I’m not a barefoot fanatic, but it is so much more natural.

  24. Escafon Says:

Sittl a lot of shoe compared to barefoot,

  25. dsalmon9 Says:

@harrystone632 If you do a lot of running, you’ll burn a lot of fat off of your body so you’ll get down closer to your ab muscles…you’ll want to do some core strengthening excersizes along with the cardio work out that running provides. Not only will this give you a six pack, it’ll make you a stronger, more capable runner.
