This is a Blog dedicated to all of my fellow runners. I have only started to run about six years ago but I now enjoy it immeasurably.  I took off for almost two years for working too many hours and the birth of my daughter. Now I am back to going running around 4 times per week with a jogging stroller!

I started using the Garmin Forerunner several years ago, at first it was just to keep better tabs on my heart rate, but I started using different software for tracking my runs. I love to watch the elevations changes, see how many vertical feet that I climbed for the day!

I now use a GPS for all my running, hiking, cycling and mountain biking adventures!
